How much does a Hot Air Balloon Flight Cost?
Midweek Flight Excluding Public Holidays $255.00 per person
Weekends and Public Holidays $295.00 per person.
Children 6 – 16 with an accompanied adult $230.00 per child traveling anyday
City Transfers from Perth $70.00 per person return (this is still payable if we don’t fly)

What is included in the Price?
A one Hour Balloon flight, with a Champagne Breakfast and flight Certificate.
Are Discounts Available Midweek?
Yes we offer a midweek price of $255.00 per person for any weekday flight excluding public holidays.
Can I have the Balloon to myself?
Yes, we offer a Private Charter in the small Balloon for up to 4 passengers. The cost is $1200.00 during the week or $1500.00 on weekends and public holidays.
How do I know whether my flight is going ahead?
Hot Air Ballooning is totally weather dependant so we ask that you contact us the night before to reconfirm your meeting time and weather conditions.
What do I do if my flight is cancelled?
If we cancel your flight due to weather, you can either re-schedule your flight to another day or have a full refund (we do not charge an administration fee).
If you are traveling on a Gift Certificate we then re-schedule your flight to another day.
What time do we meet?
We meet 1 ½ hours before first light. Your Pilot will confirm the meeting time when you check in the night before.
Where do we meet?
We have an office located at 100 Fitzgerald Street Northam. Just follow the signs to the Northam Town Centre from the Great Eastern Highway. We are centrally located on the main street diagonally opposite Red Rooster. This is where you check in, enjoy a coffee before boarding our bus to the launch site
How long does it all take?
You can expect to be with us 4 – 5 hours. This includes the setting up and packing up of the Balloon, and Breakfast.
Is it cold during the flight?
It is no colder in the Balloon than when you are on the ground, infact is gets a little warmer due to the heat from the burners. So if you are thinning on top we recommend that you bring along a hat.
What to wear?
Please wear clothing that you don’t mind getting a little dirty, waterproof enclosed shoes and don’t forget your hat.
Can extra people join me for Breakfast?
Yes, you need to contact the office for catering purposes before your flight date. The cost is $35.00 per person to join you for our Champagne Breakfast.
Can my Family and Friends follow the Balloon?
Yes as long as they stay on the main roads. Our Balloons take off and land on private property, so we can’t allow family or friends vehicles to follow.
Can I purchase an open dated Gift Certificate and how long is this valid for?
Yes, we have open dated Gift Certificates, they are valid for 12 months, and are transferable but not refundable.
