Sarah and I just wanted to say that we had an amazing time ballooning yesterday. From the early morning coffee, the whole ballooning experience, right through to the amazing breakfast at the end. Sarah and I have traveled quite a deal through Europe, Asia and the US and have been a ‘tourist’ and seen many ‘tourism’ setups but yours is one of the best in the world by far.  

Thanks again so much for a wonderful experience. We’ll be sending our family and friends your way for sure.  

PS – could you please send us the name of the Champagne we were drinking yesterday? Sarah and I loved it but we forgot to get the name of it.

Dear Cathy and Sven
Thank you both very much for the lovely balloon morning we spent with you today. With thanks also to Marc for taking us on the high journey and to Matt for driving us about and to both of you for giving Eric space in the vehicle to 'follow-on-foot'.  We all thoroughly enjoyed it and count it as a memorable experience.  My parents were thrilled to bits and found the
horizontal landing to be all part of the fun.  My mother had expressed a wish to go ballooning for her 90th birthday and I don't think she really thought it would come true.  Stephen told me when we were up there that he didn't like heights but wanted to go as it was an opportunity not to be missed and said he was very glad he'd gone.  Thank you for being so
welcoming and friendly and for accommodating us all.  The breakfast was delicious leaving no room for food for the rest of the day!  We've all learnt a little bit about hot air ballooning.  It was so lovely and peaceful
just moving along up there.  We will pass on the good word.

And as for that cake... it is almost reason enough to climb into a basket again!! I was rostered on for morning tea at Playgroup today and had a go at making it. The girls all loved it; lucky only I knew it wasn't as nice as yours, Sven. I've told them it is easy to get the recipe', just go for an incredible hot air balloon ride with Avon Valley Ballooning!

Hi Sven,
Thankyou so much for a wonderful morning. I couldn't get the smile off Kylee's face all day! After breakfast we walked around the river for a few hours then headed back to the Swan Valley and lunch at the Sandleford Winery. To top the day off we had dinner with my mum and Kylee's parents. It was big day! The balloon flight will always make this a memorable day for us. I'm just so glad I didn't drop the ring! 

I think it would be lovely to bring our families back next year to celebrate our one year engagement. 

Your service and the relaxed yet professional way you go about your business is fantastic.
Again, thankyou and we very much look forward to flying with you again.

Hi Cathy and Sven I apologise that it has taken me so long so send you a very big thankyou for the fantastic experience we had when we went ballooning with you for my Dad's 80th birthday. 
From the moment I contacted you by email , when I spoke to you on the phone , our reception when we arrived at Northam on the morning of our balloon flight , til we finished the last sips of the wonderful champagne after the breath-taking balloon flight ...we could not fault a thing , you even managed to arrange magnificent weather and a picture perfect sunrise for our flight!!!
The professionalism and attention to detail was beyond our expectations ...I still can't believe that it all went so smoothly.
We all had a wonderful memorable day and it was a breath-taking experience that will last forever .  My Dad still talks about his balloon ride every time I see him, and Thanks ME for making it such a special day but I can't take the credit...that all goes to you and your team!....I have not stopped recommending your company to everyone...Keep up the great work... A quick note of thanks for the fabulous flight earlier this morning. It was well worth getting up at 3am for the experience. The morning seemed to be ideal for the flight and I am sure everyone enjoyed it, I didn't realise how quiet it was when the burners were not firing, and I thought flying a glider was quiet.
The professionalism and friendliness of the team was outstanding.
